The Senior Product Manager at Return Rabbit will oversee the complete product lifecycle, from conception to launch, of new products and features. They will manage both the short-term and long-term technical roadmaps, translating product roadmap features into detailed requirements. Understanding customer experiences to identify product gaps and generating innovative solutions is a key responsibility, aiming to grow market share and enhance user satisfaction. Prioritization of tasks will be critical, requiring close collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies. Maintaining the product backlog, tracking post-launch performance, and being a champion for the product are also important duties. The ideal candidate will bring a solid technical background, hands-on experience with SaaS products, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. They should demonstrate exceptional product management skills, including writing, editing, and presenting. A generalist with a proven track record in product management and the capacity to handle individual product lines efficiently will fit perfectly. Working hours necessitate overlap with IST and CST time zones.
